Yes. At the moment the Leeds Yoga classes are for men only. Mixed and women only will be coming shortly.
What is Kundalini?

Kundalini is energy based at the base of the spine. This dormant Kundalini energy can be activated by practising Kundalini Yoga, which is the whole of Yoga!
How much are your mens yoga sessions

My blocks of 7 mens Kundalini Yoga in Adel, Leeds are £129. Payment is taken and if for any reason you dont enjoy the first session I give a full refund (minus any payment provider charges).
Are your yoga classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. My mens kundalini yoga classes are suitable for beginners.
When are your sessions?

Saturday mornings 8am to 9am in Adel, Leeds.
