Kundalini Yoga, meditation and music and sound immersion with Mark Franklin from Kundalini Yoga Leeds with special guest teachers.

Mark Franklin is a level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Addictions Counsellor and Musician. Mark has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for 10 years and completed teacher training in 2022 with Guru Singh and Brett Larkin. "I started using breathwork with my counsellling clients and found Tommy Rosen doing some Kundalini breathwork on YouTube. I found a local teacher by chance and then travelled to Vancouver, Canada for 3HO mens camp Yogi training for 2 consecutive years. I was not intending on becoming a teacher, but due to there being very little Kundalini Yoga in my area decided to do the teacher training with Guru Singh".

Previously Mark worked in the music industry as a DJ / Music Producer and later a Music Buyer in London. Mark then worked for Digidesign (Pro Tools), M-Audio and headed up World Wide Sales at Sibelius music software from Pinewood Studios. Mark stopped drinking alcohol in 2012 after a period of problem drinking, studied Alcohol and Substance Misuse Counselling and worked for addiction services in Ealing. Mark moved back to Leeds in 2014 after living for 14 years in Hammersmith and Chiswick, West London. Mark now lives in Adel, Leeds with his family and helps people recover from addictions and addictive behaviours.

Fresh organic nourishing vegatarian and vegan food from Greg Hillier - Head Chef @ York Gate Gardens. Gregs experience includes working with Searcy's for 15 years, 5 years of which were at at the Pump House in Bath. Greg worked alongside Tom Kerridge for the Great British Menu where he cooked for King Charles (Prince at the time) and Camilla. Greg then worked as Exec Chef at the British Acadamy on the Mall where he again worked on functions for the Royal family and the Tour De France.

Kundalini Yoga Leeds started in 2022, set up by Mark Franklin in Adel, North Leeds.
